Combat The Fat
There are so many diets bandied about as the “best way” or “a guaranteed way” to lose weight, and this in itself should be considered curious. If these methods of losing weight are so guaranteed, then how come there are so many different ones? How come individuals try one diet after another and remain completely unsatisfied with the results? Surely, if these methods are so great, one person would not try four or five methods before seeing anything resembling a “result”? Doesn’t that seem strange?
The truth is that the diet industry makes a lot of money from marketing weight loss plans, and it isn’t really in their interest to push the truth – that weight loss is within your capabilities if you do the work to achieve it. There is no reason that this should mean cutting out all the foods you like. In actual fact, the mere act of changing your diet to only eat certain foods which have little to recommend them in terms of taste and enjoyment is a hindrance to losing weight. Your body craves them for a reason, after all.
The “Combat the Fat” plan makes the point that it’s not what you eat, it’s how you eat it and how often – and, just as importantly, the exercise you do. Realistically, how can a diet plan equally suit a 6’4 football player and a 5’3 mom of two? It can’t. The Combat The Fat plan takes account of this and allows you to find your way intelligently and accurately.
